How to Check Wagering & Withdraw Funds

Q: How can I check my wagering progress?
A: Tap on your wallet at the top of the screen and hover over the lock icon near your balance. This will show how much more you need to wager before withdrawals are unlocked.

Q: When will I be able to withdraw?
A: Once your deposit has been wagered at least 1x, a “Withdrawable” notification will appear under your balance in the wallet.

Q: How do I withdraw funds?

1. Tap the + sign near your wallet.
2. Select Withdraw and follow the steps on-screen.

Q: Are there any withdrawal fees?
A: Yes, all withdrawals are subject to a minimum fee of $5 (or equivalent in your chosen currency).

• For larger withdrawals, a small fee of up to 0.01% of the withdrawal amount may apply.
• The exact fee will be displayed before you confirm your withdrawal.

Q: Why can’t I withdraw yet?
A: There are two possible reasons:

• Your deposit hasn’t been rolled over 1x yet. Check your wagering progress in the wallet.
• You haven’t verified your email and phone number.

Q: How do I verify my email and phone number?

1. Go to Global Settings in your account.
2. Enter your email and phone number, then tap Verify.
3. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to each.

Q: What happens after I verify my account?
A: Once verified, go back to the Withdraw page, select your currency, and complete the withdrawal process.
