A Proof of Payment (POP) is a document or screenshot that confirms a completed transaction.

It helps us verify that your payment was successfully made and provides the necessary details for tracking or resolving any issues.

If you made a deposit using cryptocurrency, your POP should include:

1. Transaction ID (TXID): This is the unique identifier for your blockchain transaction.
2. Sender Wallet Address: The wallet address from which the funds were sent.
3. Recipient Wallet Address: The wallet address you used for the deposit (our wallet).
4. Date and Time: The date and time the transaction was initiated.
5. Amount Sent: The exact amount of cryptocurrency transferred.
6. Blockchain Confirmation: A screenshot of the transaction on a blockchain explorer showing its status (e.g., “confirmed” or “completed”).
