Proof of Identity Document Requirements
To help verify your identity, we’ll need a government-issued ID that meets the following criteria:

- National Identity Card
- Driver’s License
How to Submit:
- Clear and Easy to Read: Make sure that all the details, photo, and any security features are visible.
- Full Document: Snap or scan the whole document, showing all four corners.
- In Color: Please avoid black-and-white copies – we need the document in color.
- Unedited: Keep it original! No cropping or edits.
- Front and Back Images: For national identity cards and driving licences, front and back images are required.
What We Check For:
- Valid ID: The document must be up-to-date (not expired).
- Matching Info: Your name, date of birth, and photo should match the details you gave us when signing up.
- Good Quality: A clear, high-quality image or PDF (JPEG or PNG works great too!).
