How Do Wallets Work?
At Alphabets, managing your funds is simple and flexible. Our wallet system allows you to hold multiple currencies, cryptocurrencies, and bonus funds—each in its own dedicated wallet. Here’s a complete guide on how to navigate and use your wallets effectively:
1. Where Can I View My Wallets?
At the top of your screen, you’ll see your current balance. Tap on it to open a detailed view of all your available wallets. Each currency and bonus is stored separately, making it easy to track your funds.
2. How Are Deposits Assigned to Wallets?
When you make a deposit by tapping the “+” sign next to your balance, your funds will be credited to the corresponding currency wallet. Alphabets allows you to hold multiple currencies at the same time, with each currency going to its own independent wallet.
3. How Do I Choose Which Wallet to Use?
To select a wallet for betting or wagering:
- Tap on your balance at the top of the screen.
- Choose the wallet you want to use for your gameplay.
4. What Are the Wagering Requirements for Each Wallet?
Each wallet operates independently and has its own wagering requirements:
- Real Funds Wallets: Every deposit must be wagered once before it becomes withdrawable.
- Bonus Wallets: Standard bonuses are subject to 38x wagering unless specified otherwise when claiming the bonus.
Since your wallets are separate, bonus funds do not affect your ability to withdraw real funds. You can always cash out eligible real funds without meeting bonus-related wagering.
5. How Do I Track Wagering Progress?
Next to each wallet balance, you’ll see a padlock icon. Tap on it to view any remaining rollover or bonus requirements for that wallet. Once your funds become eligible for withdrawal, the label “Withdrawable” will appear next to the wallet balance.
6. Can I Hide Empty Wallets?
Yes! If you prefer a cleaner view, you can hide wallets with a zero balance:
- Tap on Wallet Settings.
- Select Hide Zero Balances to only display wallets with available funds.
